How to apply
The application portal for 2026 will open on October 6, 2025. The application deadline is November 1, 2025.
Please find below the list of the required documents:
- Your CV
- A copy of your University degree(s), if already available.
- Complete transcripts from each university you have attended.
- A motivation letter where you explain your research statement and target host labs (up to 3) as well as the wished starting and ending dates of the Master’s research work. Indicate if you have already been in contact with potential host labs.
- A letter from you home-university confirming that the project is part of the curriculum.
- Name of one to three references.
- Your ID (passport or national ID).
Important: this is a one-time submission. You cannot save your progress and return later, and you won’t be able to move forward and then go back. To help you prepare, please refer to the document (screenshots of the entire process) so you can view all the questions before starting.
