Admin Hub

Administrative assistants of STI are welcome to share their experiences in a collaborative space (according to the schedule below) and work together to:

• Build a network among administrative assistants, including across institutes

• Help each other find the right contacts or sources of information

• Share tips and tricks to make daily work easier and more efficient

Mentors will be available to provide concrete solutions based on their experience at EPFL. These mentors are volunteer administrative assistants who have extensive experience at EPFL and especially within STI. Two mentors will be present at each Admin Hub.
